- If you have videos, photos (old), please bring them as, they are very important for correct diagnosis. Try to take videos of movements or events , which you feel abnormal.
- Tell all the symptoms in a sequential manner, how they occurred and progressed. Before visit prepare notes, so you can save your as well as your doctors time.
- Bring all your old documents with you even if you think that these are unimportant. Arrange all documents, your old reports including letters, prescriptions, discharge cards, blood reports, scans in a sequential manner
